Responsibilities: Job Overview: Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the program management team manages changes in product (new introduction or continual improvement of existing), process (innovations, business applications, …) and strategic initiatives (localization, vertical integration, supply partnerships, new markets,…). Achieve the 0-0-100-100-90 launch metric (0 safety incidents, 0 PPM, 100% on-time delivery, 100% financial goals, 90 days post start of production) .
