The ideal candidate is a proactive construction professional with data center, critical facilities, semiconductor, or similar complex project experience who can effectively manage contractors, drive accountability, resolve field challenges, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the owner’s objectives. This role is heavily field-focused and responsible for overseeing construction execution, safety, schedule performance, quality assurance, commissioning activities, logistics coordination, and integration between base building and tenant improvement work.
