This role manages BIM Coordinators, drives model quality and coordination milestones, and works closely with Project Managers, estimators, fabrication teams, superintendents, foremen, general contractors, and design partners to produce accurate, buildable installation plans. They can oversee 3D modeling and clash-resolution workflows, translate coordinated models into fabrication-ready deliverables, manage competing project deadlines, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout design, coordination, fabrication, installation, and closeout.
