Required Qualifications: 15+ years of commercial construction project management experience, 10+ years of data center, mission critical, or highly technical construction experience, Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, subcontract administration, and cost controls, Experience managing complex MEP scopes and critical infrastructure systems, Strong understanding of contractual requirements, procurement strategies, and risk management, Ability to lead large project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders, Exceptional communication, leadership, and client-facing skills, Proficiency with construction management, scheduling, and project controls platforms, Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
