Strong hands-on proficiency across Microsoft and Mac ecosystems, including Windows and macOS administration, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, identity and endpoint management, migrations, security controls, cloud or hybrid environments, and at least one Apple management platform such as Addigy or Jamf. Hands-on experience building production automations and AI workflows using PowerShell, Python, APIs, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable tools, with a practical understanding of testing, support, governance, and platform limitations.
