Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field• 12+ years of relevant professional experience; AEC industry experience a plus• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams• Proven ability to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across accounting outputs and team interactions• Track record of effective partnership with senior leadership, operational staff, and support teams at all levels• Experience supporting annual planning and budgeting cycles preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively• Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment• Strong technical proficiency with accounting systems, ERP/MIS platforms, advanced Excel, AI-enabled technologies, and financial reporting tools, and the ability to analyze data and support informed business decisions• Willingness to travel as needed. Key responsibilities include:• Partnering with regional leadership and Practice Builder teams to support overall business and financial performance• Providing oversight and guidance related to core regional financial metrics and performance trends• Collaborating with Project Managers at all levels to support project financial management, forecasting, and accountability• Mentoring, training, and leading regional accounting staff, fostering professional growth and high-quality outcomes• Supporting and enhancing internal controls and financial processes to ensure consistency and accuracy• Leading and supporting regional real estate efforts in coordination with firm leadership• Building strong, collaborative relationships across engineering, planning, accounting, and corporate support teams.
