This is a senior leadership role responsible for the full lifecycle of water, fire, mold, pack out, and reconstruction projects — from field execution to financial performance — reporting directly to ownership OPERATIONS LEADERSHIP Oversee all restoration projects - water mitigation, fire damage, mold remediation, contents pack out, and reconstruction coordination. CLIENT, INSURANCE & TPA RELATIONS Manage TPA program relationships, including Alacrity Services and Contractor Connection - maintaining preferred vendor status, meeting SLA timelines, uploading documentation (Xactimate estimates, moisture logs, photos) to portals, and managing supplements.
