Key responsibilities:- Plan and deliver utility infrastructure and municipal construction projects from scope through closeout- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders; track progress, risks, and change orders- Support engineering needs (reviews, submittals, field questions) and maintain clear project documentation- Align work with public works and water utility operations priorities, safety expectations, and compliance requirementsRequired qualifications/skills:- Senior-level experience in capital project management within utility infrastructure, municipal construction, engineering support, public works, or water utility operations- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making in an onsite environment-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Project Management or a closely related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, and directly related experience that the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions. The Corporation has approximately 100 square miles of Certified Area, 800 miles of water lines, three water plants, four elevated storage tanks and plans for additional water system improvements in the works.
