Oversee mechanical subcontractors and field crews, reviewing coordination drawings, shop drawings, and sequences of work to ensure proper installation of ductwork, piping, equipment, and controls. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, including air-handling units, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VAV systems, hydronic piping, ductwork, and building automation/controls.
