Areas of responsibility include employee safety, accident and incident prevention, safe work practices, safety training, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, field safety inspections and audits, emergency response, risk management, fire protection, pollution prevention, and the administration of company safety policies and procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, superintendents, foremen, craft personnel, and regional safety leadership to identify workplace hazards, implement corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture across multiple construction projects.
