Position Requirements Qualifications Experience with bachelor’s degree: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or related field of study with a minimum of five (5) years of construction project management experience including two or more (2) years as a Project Manager II role or similar capacity and a minimum of two (2) years leading, developing, and motivating teams Experience without bachelor’s degree (one of the following): Minimum of eight (8) years of field experience with three (3) years in the supervision of construction operations and a minimum of four (4) years of construction management experience, preferably in an Project Manager II role or similar capacity. Responsible for all project planning documents including but not limited to scope management plan, schedule management plan, cost management plan, quality management plan, resource management plan, communications management plan, risk management plan, procurement management plan, change management plan, scope baseline, schedule baseline, cost baseline, and the performance measurement baseline.
