Job Summary: The Formatter/Proofreader is responsible for ensuring documents are accurately formatted and free of errors, adhering to established standards and guidelines. This role involves working with formatting tools and platforms to deliver high-quality, consistent documentation while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Format documents according to established guidelines and standards Proofread content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and consistency Ensure proper citation formatting using EndNote Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration Apply formatting rules using tools such as Starting Point or Global Summit Review documents for layout accuracy, structure, and presentation quality Collaborate with teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables Maintain consistency across multiple documents and projects Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in formatting and proofreading Strong expertise in EndNote Proficiency in SharePoint Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong grammar, editing, and proofreading skills Ability to follow formatting guidelines and standards Good time management and organizational skills Preferred Skills: Experience with formatting tools such as Starting Point or Global Summit Education: High School

Duration: 12 Months 
Pay range: $36.49 - $36.49/hr. 
100% Remote Job role<ul><li>This is not a full time role. The engagement is on an on call, as needed basis, with workload varying by business demand. Candidates should expect fluctuating hours - some weeks may involve up to 20 hours, others fewer than 10 hours, and occasionally no hours at all. Weekly hours are not guaranteed and may increase during peak periods or as deadlines approach. Candidates must be comfortable with this flexible, part time arrangement.</li></ul> Job Description: 
**5+ Years of experience** 
**Expertise in EndNote & SharePoint is required** 
Expertise in Starting Point or other formatting rulers/tools like Global Summit Preferred 
Expected average up to 20 hours per week but it could (depending on the available work) be up to 30 hours. Expectations of role: 
Proofreading of regulatory application sections for: 
(1) Narrative consistency 
(2) Grammar, punctuation, etc. 
(3) Conformance to ALCS style guides 
Electronic software formatting of regulatory application sections 
Conversion of reference articles into publishable format Training background, formatting science documents & meet journal submission requirements for manuscripts Employee Benefits:
