The IPSA is responsible for assigned IP litigation matters, including matters pending before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC), federal district courts, PTAB, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. There is an annual billing requirement for this position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with daily policies and procedures related to assigned duties, following established firm guidelines.
