Supports the Community Development Director/Zoning Administrator in the review and approval of land use documents-such as plats, certified survey maps, land divisions, annexations, and detachments-by coordinating with developers, consultants, engineers, and City staff to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts; in precarious places; and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, extreme heat, and vibration.
