Diagnosing and making repairs: appliance installation/repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring (carpet/tile), interior/exterior lighting, dry wall, equipment, roofing (when needed), structural, concrete and asphalt. The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing maintenance repairs, performing preventative maintenance throughout the property, curb appeal projects and responsible for the turnover of units.
