They will be responding to tenant service requests, work orders, general building maintenance repairs, internal & external repairs including, but not limited to, plumbing, HVAC & electrical systems, interior finishes, roofing, grounds keeping, landscaping, and equipment. The Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician performs preventative and corrective maintenance to keep our facilities in optimal condition and ensure our tenants have safe, comfortable, and productive space.
