p style="text-align:inherit"/>As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment communities, ensuring they operate efficiently and profitably.
The Property Manager’s primary focus shall include but not limited to:
Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall success of the community, including leasing, financial management, team leadership, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and day-to-day operations. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager.

Lease-Up & Revenue Management
- Lead lease-up efforts and execute strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
