Staff Psychiatrists are responsible for the conduct of comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including history, mental status examination, risk assessment and formulation; developing and managing individualized biopsychosocial treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team (e.g., social worker, nursing staff, group therapist); overall care for an assigned inpatient caseload of up to 7 patients with occasional internal coverage for colleagues and weekend coverage.
