Effectively supervise and oversee the daily objectives of the Addiction Services nursing team including, but not limited to, ensuring patient's timely access to services, buprenorphine/LAI MAT injectable induction, individual census reconciliation, staff productivity, efficient and organized communication with treatment team members, and thorough documentation. Support the Nursing Director in developing and implementing metrics for monitoring program effectiveness, maintain clinical protocols to support an evidenced based patient care delivery model, care coordination, and quality improvement efforts.
