Additional responsibilities include providing clinical supervision and training as assigned, maintaining required licensure and professional competencies, and demonstrating professionalism, cultural awareness, effective de-escalation skills, and a commitment to least restrictive treatment practices while fostering a safe, respectful, and recovery-oriented environment for patients and staff. The Clinical Psychologist will facilitate psycho-social rehabilitation (PSR) groups, provide individual therapy, supportive counseling, and competency restoration services, and develop, implement, and monitor behavioral interventions as clinically indicated.
