Duties may include individual, group, or family therapy, completion of diagnostic interviews and assessments, the provision of consultative services, participation in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, creation and monitoring of measurable treatment goals, development of interventions appropriate for complex case diagnostic needs, collaboration with other staff in the coordination of care, and fidelity monitoring to ensure adherence to treatment protocols. Must attend a minimum of four (4) hours per week of learning activities (case conferences involving cases in which the intern has participated, seminars dealing with clinical issues, co-therapy with staff person including discussion, group supervision and individual supervision).
