The psychologist shall formally and informally assess each patient's physical, functional, psychosocial, and emotional needs and use that information to develop a comprehensive and dynamic treatment plan enabling each patient to achieve optimal levels of function in self-care, activities of daily living, work, and leisure. Psychologists shall conduct psychological assessments and evaluations and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with diagnoses including, but not limited to chronic pain, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and general emotional and cognitive functioning.
