This will include working with individuals in mental health crisis to ensure their safety and to ensure the individual receives the most appropriate resources available, following up with individuals to ensure their needs were met, managing requests for face to face assessments with Master's level clinicians, managing all general calls to the crisis line, and managing basic office functions. This is perfect for the Bachelor's level candidate with a degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field who wants to work in a fast paced behavioral health / mental health environment, especially one who wants to expand their experience to Mobile Crisis intervention.
