Qualifications • Direct experience with mechanical seal installation, removal, and troubleshooting (required) • 5-10 years in a field service, maintenance, or rotating equipment role • Strong mechanical aptitude; vocational training or technical certifications preferred • Familiarity with pumps, compressors, and other rotating equipment • Skilled in real-time problem-solving and independent fieldwork with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic reporting • Ability to meet physical and travel requirements (up to 75%, lift 50 lbs., industrial environments).
