What you will do:Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programsResponsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and preventionPrimary staff development/educatorMake frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessaryEnsure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriatelyParticipate in development and implementation of resident specific care plansAny other tasks as directed by the DON Must have:Current Washington RN license without any enforcement action against itMinimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred Caldera Cares for you!
