Ensure necessary planning is performed, before the start of each project, to support a successful project completion, including, staffing projections and planning, general conditions estimate, project budgets, project scheduling, logistics planning, constructability reviews and subcontractor evaluation/procurement. During the preconstruction period provide overall leadership and work closely with the assigned Preconstruction Manager to assure that Wohlsen: Develops the Staffing and profit projections.
