Must have experience trouble shooting, servicing, installing, and maintaining water source HVAC equipment, water loops, water pumps, boilers, energy management systems, frequency drives, gas package systems, gas equipment, duct work, centrifugal systems, walk-in refrigeration, commercial refrigeration, and restaurant equipment. It needs to be stated that regardless of an employee’s “Skill Level” designation or position, all employees of the maintenance area of the Operations Department are to perform all types of work they are qualified to perform when called upon.
