Execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy covering predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for highly complex polyurethane process systems, including tanks, reactors, pressure vessels, mixers, pumps, ovens, utilities, controls, and support systems. 7–10 years of maintenance leadership experience in process manufacturing; chemical manufacturing experience with industrial mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge (urethane, coatings, or specialty chemicals preferred).
