In this role, you will: Drive operational excellence for assigned technology products/platform features, including incident management, AI-enabled process automation, smooth deployments, monitoring, impact remediation, and performance evaluation. Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos, while representing assigned development areas and serving as a proxy Product Manager or Scrum Master when needed.
