The Day Shipping and Receiving Operations Lead will ensure next-day orders are staged, inspected, secured, and ready for the night loading crew while supporting accurate inventory, safe shipping and receiving, will call operations, and Dispatch. End of Shift Handoff Before leaving, the Day Lead should communicate what is complete, what remains outstanding, shortages or quality concerns, priority routes, and any issues requiring follow-up by the night loading crew or Dispatch.
