The ideal candidate has extensive experience in testing full-lifecycle Oracle Fusion or comparable Tier-1 ERP/HCM implementations, understands common pitfalls in these programs, and proactively defines the test strategy before configuration begins. Own the Program Master Test Strategy and release-level test plans covering functional, integration, data conversion, security/SoD, regression, performance, UAT, parallel payroll, and cutover testing.
