Position Qualifications: A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management Minimum of 1-2 years' experience on large commercial construction projects A valid Driver's License Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel-based templates, Prolog, Primavera and AutoCAD Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong understanding of federal, state, and local reporting requirements and regulations.
