Rate of Pay is $21 Works closely with the Plant Chemist to ensure requirements for PosiFlush R&D testing are completed Work schedule hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with some flexibility No drug screening is required. Candidate can start while background checks are pending, however, criminal background checks must be fully cleared before starting.- Starting PosiFlush R&D Stability studies and placing samples in stability chambers- Completing and coordinating testing for PosiFlush R&D studies- Support validations and PosiFlush R&D studies sample creation through result reporting- Report and investigate out of specification results in a timely manner- Organize and manage raw data storage- Execute various instrument / equipment / test methods to include: pH Sodium chloride assay HIAC (sub-visible particle counts) UV/Vis spectrophotometer ICP Heavy Metals and Iron Sterility Testing Heparin Assay testing Syringe Functional Testing- Perform other laboratory duties as required

This role requires advanced technical expertise, strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and experience in EASA-accredited environments.In addition to hands-on work, the Senior Rewinder serves as a mentor and quality leader, supporting team development and maintaining operational excellence.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA standards.</li><li>Complete and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) documentation and procedures.</li><li>Perform precise rewinding of AC/DC motors, stators, armatures, coils, and other components.</li><li>Operate and maintain specialized equipment for stripping, winding, burn-out, varnishing, and testing.</li><li>Follow all technical procedures and company standards for rewinding and repair operations.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development and cross-training programs.</li><li>Mentor and train junior rewinders and apprentices.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to support efficiency.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>RWD 3 Certification</li><li>OSHA 30 Certification</li><li>ERT (Emergency Response Team) Certification</li><li>Associate Degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Technology</li><li>Minimum 10 years of external electromechanical repair experience</li><li>Minimum 5 years in an EASA-accredited shop</li><li>100% mechanical aptitude test score</li><li>Proficiency with computers for QA documentation, data entry, and diagnostics</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Mastery of motor rewinding techniques across multiple equipment types and manufacturers</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and quality workmanship</li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Leadership skills and commitment to mentoring others</li></ul> Why Join Northwest Electric?At Northwest Electric, you're more than a technician - you're part of a team that values integrity, innovation, and impact.
