To support our growth and the increasing volume of client care throughout Ohio, we are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, accountable, and self-motivated home health LPN or RN to join our agency as a Home Health Skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) to care for clients in and around Enon, Ohio (Clark County).Starting Pay Rate:LPNs: $28 - $32 per hourRNs: $35 - $40 per hour*Compensation is based on employee qualifications and certifications, experience, skill specializations, positive employment history, and overall client & team fit. At least 1 year required of direct patient experience with: trach care, suctioning, g-tube care, feeding tubes, and vent care.1+ years of experience in the following is highly desirable (not required): Case Management, wound care, PICC/PORT/IV Care, lab draws, plus OASIS and Non-OASIS assessments.
