Coach and develop direct reports to safely operate, set up, and troubleshoot laser-cutting systems, CNC equipment, press brakes, welding equipment, tooling, and fixtures, and to accurately interpret drawings, specifications, and tolerances for fabricated metal assemblies. The position requires sufficient physical mobility to inspect and interact with capital equipment and manufacturing processes, including the ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, and work in various positions as needed.
