Coordinate with onsite System Performance Engineers (SPEs) and when required, travel to a site and perform the SPE role: Commission signal sources through coordination with carriers and OEM personnel, assist in optimizing DAS , set gains/AGC, balance UL/DL, manage noise floors, and mitigate PIM/oscillation/pilot pollution. The Engineer, In-Building RF Design and Deployment will work as part of a disciplined project management team to review DAS designs, make updates, create submittal packages, manage deployments, create close-out packages, and resolve performance issues with completed systems.
