Duties include but are not limited to: serving alcohol, cleaning dishes, meeting and greeting every guest, preparing food displays, maintaining supplies, inventory, polishing and cleaning silver and glassware. Maintain lounge inventory including food, alcohol, soft drinks, silverware, glassware, china, linens, serving pieces, and buffet presentation pieces.
