The Project Executive shall meet regularly with the DO (as well as other managers such as the CFO, COO, Managing Director, Director of Business Development & Marketing, Director of Human Resources, Director of Safety, or their designees collectively the "Management Team") and keep the DO informed about staffing, project performance, BU profitability, growth, strategy, issues, employee retention, and client retention. Regularly meet (at least once per month) with the DO to review BU performance, including measuring monthly performance with the annual BU budget, progression of projects, staffing, project issues, and project profitability.
