The role will focus on drafting, reviewing, negotiating and redlining real estate agreements — including ground leases, easements, and fee simple acquisitions —, performing real estate due diligence (including title and survey analysis) as well as the supervision and time-management of administrative staff and paralegals, all in connection with M&A transactions.
