Coordinate daily with cross-functional partners both inside and outside the company, prioritizing requests based on project impact and deadlines, both inside and outside the companyBachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience Bachelor's degree in construction management, or equivalent technical degree and/or 10+ years of direct professional experience in Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent Experience leading cross-functional teams to align on project scope, schedule, and deliverables through structured communication (e.g., status reports, stakeholder meetings, written proposals) Experience with large capital projects, leased data center development, ground-up construction, and greenfield site development as well as retrofit construction Experience in all aspects of preconstruction: budget development, scheduling, change management, risk management, negotiation, and contract administration Experience in construction schedules, costs, supply chain analysis, risk analysis, labor markets, project cash flows, and commercial contract terms and contract delivery methods Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies General contractor and / or trade contractor experience including field and office Mission Critical/ Data Center experience is preferred in addition to hyperscale builds Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) International development experienceMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. Responsible to negotiate and influence fast-paced lease negotiations with data center developers with an appropriate balance of risk, cost, and schedule Responsible for the successful execution of large-scale commercial agreements with external partners from design kick-off through construction start, including coordination of multiple team inputs, evaluation and allocation of risk, and incorporation of commercially responsible terms into construction contracts.
