Lead or coordinate negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions, contractions, extensions, terminations, subleases, assignments and material lease amendments in partnership with Legal, Finance, Tax and the business. Manage or support the management of the Company's real estate activities, including site identification and selection, property acquisition and disposition, building and land transactions, and leasing of office, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, R&M and other operational facilities.
