Skills/Qualifications: High school or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3-5years' experience in the facility or property management field Strong ability to multi-task and work with deadlines under pressure Excellent communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or CAD is very beneficial Physical Demands: the ability to lift 50 pounds.
