The primary purpose of the position is to ship, receive, and handle radioactive materials; inspect and inventory shipping shields and containers; prepare samples and materials for laboratory work and shipment; assist Reactor Operations Leadership with material handling and shipping procedures and with training and qualification of student technicians; and prepare complete and accurate records required for safe and compliant operations.
