The successful candidate will be a commercially minded insurance executive who understands how underwriting, pricing, claims, reserving, reinsurance, operations, technology, and distribution combine to create sustainable profitability and who can constructively challenge assumptions, strengthen executive accountability, and help the business act proactively on emerging risks and opportunities. Leads the financial evaluation and execution of acquisitions, strategic partnerships, new ventures, major technology investments, and other enterprise initiatives, including valuation, scenario analysis, due diligence, capital requirements, risk assessment, and post-investment performance measurement.
