li>Pass all safety checks and fork lift certifications on all equipment and complete daily operator checklists; Measure, weigh and count products and materials; Mark and label containers, container tags, or products, using marking tools; Properly operate multiple pieces of equipment including stock chasers, order pickers, stand up and sit down fork lifts, turret trucks; Use AS400 computer to print labels, BOL’s and pack slips; Validate quantity, quality, and model number of product; Pack outbound cartons/shipments in a way that will minimize risk of damage to product and cost of freight; Apply all required labeling to products, cartons, and pallets; Utilizing shipment software; Sort and Segregate product and materials; Assemble, pack, and seal cartons; Loading/Unload trailers; Consolidate and transport picked product using carts and hand jacks. Uses WMS and SAP to identify discrepancies; Miscellaneous Inventory Rectification/Identification; Conduct Quality and Safety Audits; Train associates on proper procedures, practices, and equipment; Operate Turret or fork lift to load and/or unload product shipments from trucks to shipping/receiving platform; Pick/put away/count product from/to racking, either case or pallet quantities; Utilize RF and/or pick label to verify item/quantity/location to pick and/or receive·.
