Required Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED• 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette• Team player with a positive attitude• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and highly organized• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
