The Administrative Director leads the NSI research administration team of approximately 30 research administrators and financial analysts, organized into Research Administration Units (RAUs), a support structure that aligns dedicated research administration teams with related research and clinical divisions, giving each division consistent, end-to-end support from proposal through closeout. Founded by Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, MGB supports a complete continuum of care including two academic medical centers (AMCs), community and specialty hospitals, a managed care organization, a physician network, community health centers, home care and other health-related entities.
