Working under the direction of your supervisor, you will maintain fire and life safety systems, mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, controls), electrical systems (lighting, UPS, PDU, generators, primary switch gear), emergency backup systems, and hot water systems. You will monitor and adjust refrigeration, chilled water, and air conditioning equipment, boilers, ventilating and hot water heaters, pumps, valves, piping, and filters, recording readings and making adjustments as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
