This position provides leadership for all operational activities including transportation, freight handling, safety compliance, customer service, employee management, route execution, inventory control, and administrative functions. The Terminal Manager serves as the operational leader of the facility and is responsible for creating a culture of safety, service, accountability, and performance excellence.
