Key Responsibilities:Licenses and inspects food service operations, retail food establishments, public pools, spas, beaches, and campgrounds to ensure compliance with state codes and the Summit County Environmental Health Code (EHC).Conducts plan reviews, operator education, and investigates foodborne illness complaints.
